In a quiet and secluded area, we offer a comfortable and charming first-floor cottage, just a few minutes from “La Cinta” beach and 500 metres from the town centre, conveniently located near all amenities, which are a two-minute walk away (300 metres).


Our home is a typical townhouse—charming and very cosy—located in the residential area of town, in a very private and quiet setting just a stone’s throw from the shops and overlooking the centre of San Teodoro, only a 15-minute walk from La Cinta Beach.

The house is on the ground floor (I also have the ground floor available), so there are stairs to access it. Inside, it features a living room with a kitchenette and a comfortable covered veranda overlooking the garden with fruit trees and a sea view, where you can comfortably dine outdoors, or simply relax while reading a good book. Its location allows you to admire both the sunrise in the morning and the sunset over the hills in the evening, offering you unforgettable moments with this beautiful panorama.
The two bedrooms are both double rooms—one with a covered veranda and the other with an open-air veranda overlooking the sea—plus a bathroom, a garden with a barbecue, a shower, and parking.

It features a washing machine, satellite TV, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, toaster, cot, children’s toys, board games, backgammon, playing cards, etc. tourist information, a beach umbrella, blankets, dishes, and linens for the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen (sheets, towels, rugs, miscellaneous items, tablecloths, etc.)
It’s also great for those arriving by plane without a car—everything is within walking distance.
The San Teodoro Lagoon is just 10 minutes away and can be visited by boat or on horseback.
You’ll find plenty of informational material in the house about the local area and Sardinia, including excursions, beaches to visit, museums, restaurants, and all kinds of venues...
You can book in advance a diving course in the “Tavolara Marine Park,” romantic dinners featuring fresh seafood in the area, or at a farmhouse where you can enjoy traditional local cuisine.
