Million Dollar/Million Euro View!!

We needed to stay at this property, with just one day's notice to the host. Aleesia made quite an effort to have her home ready for us, and even allowed early check in for use of the WIFI for a remote business meeting. The kitchen is well stucked with cook ware, plates and cutlery. There was 1 wine glass, 6 mugs and 2 cereal bowls. It was so peaceful to enjoy our dinners on the patio with the amazing view. Indoor-Outdoor living at it's finest. The home is attached to another via one wall. We heard nothing while in the home, but when in the backyard could hear children playing, and whining (!) in the yard next door. This was periodic, not continuous. Since the house sleeps 7, we thought that it would have more than two loungers in the backyard to comfortably recline and enjoy the view. But there were just 2. Wifi was perfect. Washing machine was a blessing. The recyling program is complex. I found the instructions on the internet. The communication before we moved in was great, but after was not so great. Any question or problem we contacted the owner for, we were told to contact her house manager. We tried to call, what's app and text him with either no answer or no reply. He does not speak English and we do not speak Italian, so even if he replied, it would have been difficult at best. But this all melts away with the most glorious nearby beaches! Grazie, Aleesia for your efforts to get us in and stay in our home!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt in diesem mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in San Teodoro. Mariella, die Hausverwalterin war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.

Bellissima posizione!

Una casa molto bella, completa, graziosa negli arredi e accogliente. Descrizione e foto fedele alla realtà . Mentre la vista è ancora meglio dal vivo. Accessoriata di tutto il necessario. Se proprio devo trovare un appunto è il parcheggio con solo un posto auto accanto alla casa, comunque c'è un area disponibile a un centinaio di metri. Quindi nel complesso consiglio vivamente, e tornerei volentieri se mi si ripresenta l'occasione di un viaggio di gruppo.

Oasi di tranquillità

Villa in zona tranquilla e posizione dominante con vista mare su S.Teodoro. Giardino ben curato e attrezzato con lettini . La casa è perfettamente attrezzata, anche per eventuali barbeques. Vacanza indimenticabile!

Familienurlaub

Vermieter hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Die Verwalterin war bei Problemen innerhalb kürzester Zeit zur Klärung da. 3 Schlafzimmer, zwei davon mit eigenem Bad. Das dritte Zimmer hatte das Bad direkt neben dem Zimmer. Große Küche, kleiner Aufenthaltsraum. Große Terrasse mit wunderschönem Ausblick. Toller gemütlicher Garten. Bei uns war es sehr ruhig drumherum. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Zona stupenda e posizione super panoramica

Casa comoda sia internamente con le 3 stanze e 3 bagni, ma anche esternamente con giardino, terrazzo e comodo parcheggio davanti casa. Posizione tranquilla e vicina a parecchie spiagge a piedi, 3 ristoranti a 5-10 minuti a piedi. Vista molto bella e panoramica sul mare. E’ stata una bella vacanza!

Nice appartment close to the beatiful beaches

Nice and comfortable appartment, very well furnished kitchen, outer terrace great for spending evenings. Closest beach Cala Suaraccia with very clean water very comfortable also for little kids. Beautiful beach Capo Coda Cavallo in distance about 2,5 km - car or bike needed. Astonishing views of the Tavolara island from all places all the day are unforgetable. Hiring small boat for 4 hours trip around the islands was also great idea.
