「The hotel is close to Mainz Hbf. It takes about 3 minutes to walk to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The staff here are also nice and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed on the first floor and the music is on until 11pm. This is the only thing I don't like here.」

「房間寬敞，但是隔壁關門，房間的牆壁都會震動，特別是晚上十點之後，很困擾。 早上隔壁房間鬧鐘響也可以清楚聽到。」

「Ausstattung des Hotels sowie der Zimmer ist super. Die Lage ist eigentlich ganz schön, wenn einem nicht die Güterlok durchs Zimmer rauscht. Man sollte wissen dass Rheinblick bedeutet: toller Blick aber sehr laut... Was aber besonders negativ aufgefallen ist, war der Service. Haben 1 Std an der Bar auf Getränke gewartet und waren da nicht die Einzigen. Aber es fing schon an der Rezeption an, wo man uns als Expediakunden quasi abgestempelt hat und vor allen Anderen noch einmal drauf hinweisen...

「When we step into the room, we find the window is open. We don't mind it. At night, unknown insects gather the top of the ceiling. lt's horrible. The other thing is there is no hot water kettle in the room and I couldn't deserve hot water in the front desk. I have lived in the other Ibis and the front desk always give me hot water.」
