“Breakfast was good—standard fruit and toast options, along with some nice bakery items. The room was a bit hot for my liking, and the AC wasn’t working, which was a little annoying. The thermostat seemed to control all rooms, so I had to turn off the heating and keep the window open most of the time. Apart from that, the staff were friendly, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and there was a nice gym on the top floor. The highlight for me was the shower pressure—so good after a long day of……

“Tendo a dare due opportunità, errare è umano, ma questo gestore è davvero scorretto e spocchioso. Prenoto per le notti tra il 19 e 21 settembre. Mi presento in struttura, chiamo il numero davanti alla porta e mi viene comunicato che sono stato spostato in un'altra loro struttura, li vicino. Mi dice al telefono che sono 200 metri, in realtà sono 500, nella direzione opposta alla mia destinazione. La scelta della struttura era fatta per la posizione. Scopro poi che la struttura che si chiama Movie……

“Bar and restaurant was closed on the Friday evening. Staff had an abrupt manner. Our bath towels were just folded up the next day and were dam. Cost for stay was reasonable. Once you got your bearings you were able to walk to near by restaurants. Wouldn’t stay again ”

“住的庭院双人房四晚，装修卫生环境都是一流的，早餐一般，热饮不热，房间内保险箱坏的，洗澡下水慢。周边环境很安静，离市中心及景点有点距离，公共交通不是便捷。去旅游的慎选。前台英文不错，服务态度很棒。”

“non molto chiaro il funzionamento dell alloggio soltanto una misera cucina in comune come descrizione,padelle e pentole con muffa ,finestra rotta,prese non funzionananti nella camera ,peli sul materasso.”

“once we got there it was very confusing. There was no one answering the door . We were there for 45 minutes trying to figure out how to get it in. There is a phone number on the door. The owner was very rude about it. He emails you the instructions the night before your arrival. Wich we had no idea. The next day another person arrived and had the same exact problem she said she had been ringing the doorbell for 2 hours. She was as confused and the front door neighbor had to help her out. It was……

“The staff were very helpful and offered kind assistance to our requests. However, we found the light of the hotel room was a bit too dark and not enough charging sockets near the bedside. ”

“房间很大，离地铁站蛮近的出行很方便，附近街区很安静，酒店旁边就有家乐福超市购物也很方便，下次还会选择这里。”

“The service is terrible. The restaurant asked me to leave in 5mins while I had been waiting for my coffee for like 15mins. The neighbourhood was playing loud music until 3am but the hotel gave me a “nothing can help” attitude. I was trying extend my room, one manager told me it can be done but the other told me otherwise. ”
