"Staff acted annoyed at request for receipt. Desk person was talking on cell phone throughout checkout and report of large loose dog in parking area the night we arrived. "EVERY worker, from front desk to the dining area to the cleaning people to workers in the hallway and on the elevator, were SO polite, personal and helpful. They don’t seem to treat the customers as customers, but as family. My husband and I travel quite a bit and we have NEVER been so impressed by the staff. It was truly a blessing for us to stay in the company of such sweet, professional people. Thank y’all for everything!!! You made our stay…well, let’s just say, we didn’t want to leave! 😉😁🤗"

"The hotel can definitely use an update. As soon as you walk in there is a sign that says food delivery can’t come to your room which I think is crazy. The front desk clerk was okay. Not super friendly or welcoming. Housekeeping went ahead and cleaned our room and we hadn’t checked out yet. We had just took some things to the truck. Probably will not stay here again. But the beds were okay and it was semi clean not the cleanest. It was okay I’ll say that. "

"Rooms were clean, staff was nice, but hotel is Very old and dated. Fan in bathroom was so loud you didn’t want to turn the light on, bedding had holes and it is on a busy road so you can hear the traffic most of the night"

"Our stay was wonderful. The view was magnificent the kitchen had everything you could need to make a family dinner for holiday. The game room gave options. We fished on the dock. It was very homey. And they provided us with Christmas decorations in the home. Would recommend for anyone. Everything was easily accessible. And roomy. That neighbors were even nice. We made wonderful memories and we'll be back"
