“I booked ahead about a week before my birthday. We bought all of the party supplies and I paid for fully for the hotel prior to my arrival. When we got to the hotel, there was NO ONE working in the office, and the instructions on how to find our room was incorrect, so the it was extremely difficult to find out where our room was. The only person we could talk to was the emergency maintenance guy who asked my name and told us our room number and the code to enter. When we got to the room, we……

“This is a beautiful place to stay. Host was very nice, amenities were great. Had a small issue which was handled appropriately. However, the location directions were way off. It was very difficult to get in touch with host at first. Also, was not provided gate code to get through the gate. However, I did send some notes and a pin location for host to use next time for renters. I will absolutely rent this again for my next visit home.”

“The property is superb and well equipped. Perfect for entertaining with the wide-open living areas. Nice location as well near high-end shopping and dining. Drew was the perfect host, providing all the necessary details to access the property and local advice. When the repair guy was slightly delayed in repairing the fireplace (not a big deal), he apologized and sent a Starbucks reward card. Best experience I've had yet with VRBO. And a shout out to VRBO who gave us a credit when our……
