「Fabulous humble abode with lots of creature comforts! Very comfortable stay in a tranquil location. Warm bread in the morning was a delicious treat!」

「Very nice of winery owner, have are good red wine and white wine. Large house, all facilities are available and there is a chimney stove for heating.」

「Cottage is in a great location within easy walking distance to Sandy Bay shops, cafes and also to Salamanca Place. Quiet & off-street parking is a bonus. Washing machine and dryer are handy to have. The cosy log (gas) fire is enough to warm the cottage, plus heated towel rail and heated floor tiles in the bathroom are an added extra that was appreciated.」

「Position was fabulous」

「Comfortable accommodation though the bed was a little hard. Pet friendly but surprised the area surrounding the cottage was not fenced so the dog had to be tied up. The grass needed to be mown and was concerned there could be snakes lurking in the long grass. Overall, a good place to stay, quiet and a 20 minute walk into Richmond.」

「Fabulous accommodation, brilliant setting overlooking White beach. Clean, comfortable and welcoming. Close proximity to National park, beaches, amenities and tourist spots. We're already planning a return next year. Host attentive and helpful.」

「Clean tidy and peaceful 」

「Berwick Cottage was in an excellent location but was let down by the condition of the property. The shower was mouldy and leaked and the paint on the kitchen benchtops was peeling off. One of the windows was broken and a number of the windows wouldn't open properly. On the positive side the property manager was extremely responsive and professional and the beds were very comfortable. It needs the owners to do some significant work to bring it up to standard. 」
