“Fabulous location. Beautiful house. Probably the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in. And we’ve done a few. Attention to detail second to none. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. ”

“We didn’t think we were going to like the rustic place but strangely we did. We felt very comfortable in the large bedroom and there was everything we needed. Loved sitting on the little deck in the sunshine. The bathroom facilities are very modern and only a short walk from the bedroom. Thank you.”

“Fabulous location in beautiful Angaston. Easy walk to the main street, and many of the Heritage Walk properties were also just a few minutes walk away. Homely very comfortable accommodation. We felt so relaxed here. The heater was on when we arrived which was really thoughtful, and so much appreciated as it was quite cool. Very good facilities, undercover car parking was a bonus, extremely well stocked kitchen items and condiments. The breakfast ingredients were a very welcome surprise. Thanks……

“Quaint, cozy cottage with all the amenities you could need. The view out the front windows overlooked grape vines - beautiful at sunrise and sunset. Amazing attention to detail - little things like, fresh bread on arrival; lots of brochures on walking trails, biking etc; hand-made list of things happening in the area during our stay; little bowls for jewellery on the bedside tables - just to name a few. We thoroughly enjoyed our getaway. Highly recommend.”

“The property was great. It had everything we needed to be self-sufficient. A short drive to Angaston provided great eateries and walks. It was great that the property is out of Angaston so it was a quiet location. We could have just stayed at the house for the entire time and disconnected from the world. Also the limited mobile phone reception was a bonus as we could escape from work, but still had the safety of the house phone, which is a cool period piece.”

Only critisism is the website does not describe that the cottage is attached to the cellar door (close to road) and with the car park for the cellar door behind the cottage .
