“Cute and stylish cottage (we were in the Milking Parlour), easy to find and good location. Cosy for a few days for a couple but the outside space a bit disappointing. Inside the cottage is pretty much exactly as per the photos. It's stylish and cleverly designed for multi-functional self-catering. Even has a dishwasher! Some tea, coffee beans, sugar, milk and olive oil kindly provided. The smart home features for air-con, heating, radio etc take getting used to but are effective. Could do with……

“Second time at the Summer House. The best indicator i can give is i read 2 books. The location near to Lyndhurst and to Lymington is perfect for reducing travelling. Never realised how close we were to Beaulieu and Bournemouth. A day at Beaulieu wasn't long enough so a return is on the books. Travelling to Bournemouth and other seaside places is a waste of the tranquility of the stay. Walking the New Forest, on the doorstep is a dream. We will return in a heart. Alan”

“Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit hier. Das Ferienhaus war viel größer als erwartet, auch wenn einige Sachen etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, hat es uns nicht weiter gestört. Es gibt viel zu sehen in der Umgebung, meist mit Auto, aber man kann auch schön wandern durch das Naturschutzgebiete.”

Beautifully designed, with ample space for our family, we had a fantastic stay in West Wittering. We were lucky with the weather given the time of year, but on the one day when we had torrential rain, the large communal spaces meant we were happy to stay inside. Everything you could need in the home (not sure it mentioned a freezer but it has one for your convenience. “Do NOT stay at this property - I would go as far to say that I would not stay at any property managed by Henry Adams. There was a large blob of blood, yes blood!, in the crockery drawer right by the plates. Crumbs in the fridge, black mould on the freezer door seal, cobwebs in every room, filthy dirty pole to open roof windows (covered in black dirt), upper floor toilet was leaking, the hairdryer was covered in dirt and the back of its filter was completely clogged and not safe to use, cracked……

The kitchen was fully stocked and we welcomed the added extras. The living area was compact yet efficiently designed.
