The property is a enjoyable stay. The amenities and serivce was amazing. Stores and restaurants down the road. Hands down the best beakfast with it being across the parking lot at a actual restaurant, which they serve a buffet with plenty of options including fresh fruit.

This Hotel is excellent if you need a quiet and comfortable way to stay in town for a night. Especially for.people yraveking with dogs. Location is convenient and easy to get to. It has this great outdoor area around the fountain and a small fenced dog off leash area. The room is clean and modern and the AC is not annoying and loud. Given the low price this is best value to be found in Sandpoint area.

Checking in was great. The lady was very sweet and helpful. It took only a few minutes. My problem was with the morning shift. I set up a late checkout but they still were calling the room telling me I’m late getting out. I called the desk and asked about how to order my breakfast with heir voucher because the directions left on the desk stated that the restaurant would deliver to my room. When I mentioned that the front desk agent told me they do not offer that and then I would have to go to the restaurant and order. Though that agent sounded confident in her answers, they did not make any sense. I would’ve appreciate it and have more respect for an individual that tells me they are unsure or don’t know versus just giving me the wrong answers altogether. It created a very stressful check out.

Loved this hotel!!! Very comfortable beds!!! Great pet area and a pretty pathway to walk around!!! Outdoor fire pits with Adirondack chairs, a pool/hot tub area, a pool table!!! Phenomenal!!! Only complaints: no microwave, TINY TINY fridge and not the best accessible room, as it was a shower/tub combo, my daughter's wheelchair could barely get into the bathroom, there were no grab bars and the front door didn't have a button to open it, which made it difficult!!!

Essentially value for money stay. But the breakfast was a mistake. If you have anu dietary restrictions dont bother. The lady at the restaurant not interested and completely ignored our dietary restrictions so we would not return.and recommend. Property is simple but clean but probably 3 stars to be honest
