Although our stay was short, the staff was welcoming, rooms are small but nicely styled and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Nice activity room with a pool table available although we didn’t have time to play. Would stay here again :)

Overall, the staff was friendly, things were clean and tidy, and the pool/hot tub were open for use. The continental breakfast was a decent spread. The room was a little smaller than expected but had everything we needed.

Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK. The only complaint Is I wish they had spent more time and effort sound deadening the rooms. Specifically, improve the seals in the suite connecting doors. The doors to the hallway were good but the suite connecting doors let much sound thru.

The staff were great. Parking was great. Room was clean. Breakfast was good (standard continental) I didn’t get around to trying the pool. There’s no elevator but they made that known. They’re close to food and shops. TV worked. Internet worked. Nothing to complain about.

We liked the hotel quite a bit! Our room was Cozy and comfy and just the right size for our preference! The pool and hot tub are nice and the breakfast options in the morning are great! We will be returning in the future!!

The breakfast at the farmhouse was a very large fresh buffet With yogurt, fresh fruit, fruits, home, squid, orange juice, tea, and coffees that were delicious In addition, they had bacon and special sausages at the buffet plus a a very savory sausage, country gravy, and homemade very very fluffy biscuits that were to die for They also had French toast, pancakes, and country potatoes

This was our 2nd stay at Ruby. The first time, about 3 months ago had a wonderful "real" breakfast offered at a co-joined restaurant with fantastic choices and amazing attentive and helpful staff. This time...it was a high-Carb packaged offer without fresh fruit, eggs or protein on site. Won't stay again for this price; nothing unique to draw us to and pretty much generic in value. Too bad...so sorry.

The rooms are nice & clean. Hotel property is kept very clean & looks nice. The breakfast went from a 10 star back in November 2025 to a 2 star now. The only actual hot option was a waffle. There was a prepackaged breakfast sandwich I had to heat up in the microwave - no thank you. The staff when we checked in were pleasant but did not go out of their way. The staff in the morning - cleaning staff was pleasant & helpful, desk staff were not very pleasant & did not appreciate when I voiced my opinion about the breakfast. I understand circumstances have changed but the hotel needs to pick it up and do better where the breakfast is concerned. The pool area is great & the fire pits outside are very nice.
