Relax and unwind at this charming Cape escape! Tucked away on a private lot near Holly Ridge Golf Course, this bright and cozy 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath home is the perfect setting for your next Cape Cod getaway.

The kitchen and dining area open into a bright, spacious living room with sliders that lead to the back deck—perfect for indoor-outdoor living. With room to sleep up to 7 guests, the home features two comfortable bedrooms, an office with a futon, and a pull-out couch in the living room. A modern A/C split unit in the living space keeps the home cool and comfortable all summer long.

Step outside and enjoy a fully fenced-in backyard, perfect for kids or furry friends (with owner approval). Fire up the gas grill and dine al fresco on the spacious back deck, then wind down your evening around the propane fire pit.

Just a short drive from beaches, shopping, and restaurants, and right around the corner from Holly Ridge Golf Course, this peaceful retreat offers comfort, convenience, and classic Cape Cod charm.

Very nice quaint house. Very clean and comfortable. Only suggestion is to have maybe window ac units in each bedroom. Split system did a nice job of keeping the other part of the house cool. Loved coffee and breakfast on the deck every morning.
