「There was ma super musty smell -- like there is a water leak somewhere. It was more "rustic" than we imagined for the price, but it is in a beautiful setting. Sitting on the front porch swing in the evening and morning was our highlight.」

「newly remodeled cabin with amazing service. would definitely stay again in the future.」

「We loved our stay at Evy’s Place. Very unique, eclectic property but with everything you need to be comfortable. The cabin is located in a wooded ravine with a small creek. There is another nearby cabin but there are enough trees to make it feel very private and quiet. There is no AC at the cabin. We stayed there the last week of July and it was a little warm at night in the upper levels but because of the canyon breezes and shade trees it is sufficiently cool for all but the warmest of days.」

「Was a beautiful area. So peaceful and the kids loved having their own space.」

「Great accommodation! Very easy check-in and check-out process. The cabin was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Definitely would recommend.」

「The kitchen is fantastic. House is smaller and more separated by ladders than expected. There’s not a great place to sit down to eat a meal. 5 minute drive, not really walkable to Sundance resort facilities. 」

Conner was very friendly and showed us around. Hammocks, shade awnings, patio furniture, lots of outdoor games, running water in kitchen sink.Bad: Listing was incorrect. It said it slept 5, but there was only 1 bed. It said it had A/C, but it doesn't and no fans and no screens in windows to keep bugs out if windows are opened for fresh...

「Great!」

「The cabin was perfect for our little family outing!」
