  • Stand alone, private guest cottage. Beautiful & cozy. Remodeled Kitchen with granite counter tops tile back splash. New furnishings and new beds with down comforters. No pets. Private home with beautiful views of Little Cottonwood Canyon. Less than 10 minutes to Alta & Snowbird ski resorts. Close to Brighton and Park City skiing as well. Newly refinished and ready for your relaxing vacation. Enjoy the gas fireplace and watch the snow fall. Easy walk to the Bus / Park and ride to both Alta & Snowbird resorts. Access to Hot tub and BBQ grill. Gazebo area. Living area with large HD TV, bluRay and direct TV with movie channels, Dining area, Washer & Dryer, Full bathroom on the main level. 1 bedroom on main and 1 large bedroom upstairs with 1/2 bathroom. Loft has a twin size bed, comfy love seat, 32 inch HD TV with BluRay and lots of DVD's. Ski storage. Gas stove, Microwave, Granite countertops, coffee maker, Ninja Blender, complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and Tea.

Check in was very easy and the owner met us and gave us a quick tour. They have a helpful video all about the property and where to park. We arrived late at night and this made things much more straightforward.

Fantastic stay at Cozy Cottage
