"I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected."

"In the middle of the night we woke to water gushing out of our ceiling from one of the fire sprinklers in the entryway…not sure if it was from the person showering upstairs but that seemed to be a trigger as we could hear running water. Once it turned off the flow slowed and dripped out for awhile. Contacted the front desk after using towels we had and ice bucket to try and catch the water. Offered to have us switch rooms but all our kids were asleep and we had to be up early. They gave us extra towels! In the morning we asked for compensation as that was terrible and they said they contacted the manager so he was aware but he wasn’t available so nothing was done. Also once he saw we booked with Expedia he wasn’t available doubtful they would do anything as it was done thru 3rd party booking…reaching out to the manager today so we shall see what happened."

"The property was clean, well-furnished and nicely decorated, and the owners responded to messages and texts quickly.The bedding and pillows were very comfortable, electrical outlets were easily accessible, the hot tub was clean and a good temperature, and the yard was well maintained. 10/10 - We highly recommend staying here!And shout out to Dayna for the timely communication and ease of check-in. Thank you!"
