(Before reading further please note this listing is for 1 room) This amazing 1304 square foot ranch style 3 bed/1 bathroom brick house has hardwood floors, and new appliances, as well as a peaceful wood burning fireplace to make you feel right at home. In the private room it has a very cozy full size bed. The backyard features a patio that can be lit by torches at night, perfect for setting a tone, dinner and socializing. The home is close to many restaurants and has easy access to US-1. Quality and convenience at its finest for travelers or commuters!

I've stayed several times now at Jay's brick ranch house in the large, Southern town of Sanford. Jay is an attentive, welcoming host who is constantly improving the guest experience! I no sooner walked through the door than Jay greeted me upon arrival with a cold refreshment! If you are looking for an inexpensive quiet, clean, comfortable place to stay with amenities to rival the chains, look no further! Thanks, Jay for your hospitality!

I had a very relaxing and comfortable four night stay at Jay's cozy brick ranch house in the large country town of Sanford, North Carolina. I was half-expecting my room to be tiny, this being a one level ranch house but I was pleasantly surprised upon my arrival that my room was quite spacious. Plus, all the room amenities you might expect to find at a well-furnished hotel. There was a comfortable queen sized bed, fridge, largish flat screen tv on the wall, wifi, large closet, ceiling fan, and nice hardwood floors. Both the kitchen and bathroom spaces were equally well-furnished, very spacious, clean, bright and no detail overlooked. Overall, I am very pleased not only at the overall comfort level of the accommodations, but also at the host's graciousness in general. He made it clear that he was easily reachable if needed and indeed was very communicative and easy to reach the few times I had questions to ask. I would recommend anyone stay here if hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, peace and quiet and well-furnished spaces are what you want/need.
