「Service desk employees were extremely polite & helpful! The room (209) was very clean however, it requires maintenance. It’s showing its age where the entry door had a large gap at the bottom, the bottom of the bathroom door had damage and has been spray painted. The shower valve plunger was nearly impossible to use and the tub spigot was excessively gapped with silicone along with other areas around the tub/shower. Lastly, the bed was very uncomfortable.
