Perfectly located in the heart of Sanibel, you’ll be within walking distance to restaurants, boutiques, Big Arts, the library, and the seasonal farmers market. When you’re ready for the beach, it’s just a short bike ride or drive away—or stay close and unwind by the community pool or tennis court.
Inside, this bright, open-concept home welcomes you with stylish, comfortable furnishings and plenty of Florida sunshine. The spacious living room features a large flat-screen TV and DVD player, perfect for cozy movie nights after a day in the sun. Step through the sliding glass doors to the screened patio, where you can sip your morning coffee while gazing out at the lush tropical landscaping and peaceful pond.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a large dining area—ideal for sharing meals and making memories. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a king-size bed, a private balcony, and an ensuite bath with double sinks.
