Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival. "We were travelling with our 1 year old son and were really impressed with the hotel set up for youngsters. Small things like a nappy bin and a baby bath being provided along with a cot and high chair. Kids being allowed to use the pool until 6pm but retaining adult only space in the sauna area. A playground on site and the media room full of toys. We could keep the baby occupied but also enjoy some child-free relaxation. If I knew how to make a complaint to the Austrian Health Ministry I would. Excuses ranged from claiming not to notice, to blaming it on the season, to asserting the hotel had tried everything even though I never saw one fan, barrier, or other attempt to protect the food.
