The property offerspirvate terrace, paddle court and children playground, close to the beach and city centre. The holiday flat also features free WIFI and private parking*

Living room with direct access to the private terrace, nicely decorated, flat screen tv, sofa and dining area with table and chairs. It also features free WIIFI

Kitchen, fully equipped with the most modern appliances such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher and cooking utensils and kitchenware.

Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and a second one with twin beds, both with a large built in wardrobe. They are quiet rooms, perfect to rest during your holidays. Linnen and towels are provided for all our guests.

Bathroom, with bath, it is perfect for the use of the whole family.

Private terrace, furnished with table and chairs. It is a nice place to have dinner al-fresco or just have a glass of wine enjoying the sunset in complete privacy.

The communal poolis one of the major atractions of this apartment in Sanlúcar. The complex features a large green area with pool, paddle court, and children playground.

Pirvate parking space, an added value since in Sanlúcar, specially in high season it may be a bit tricky finding a place to park the car.

This apartment for rent near the sought after area, Bajo de Guía, is the ideal place to discover the taste of Sanlúcar. Its location is perfect to enjoy the day, with the famous horse ridding on the beach, tapas bars, beach and pool, and also the night, in all trendy bars in the area. City centre is only 10 minutes walk.
