"Allocated wrong room 1 night to what i originally had booked # refund given as i was moved to a double on 2 nt# staff extremely accomodating# lots of roadworks in urfa centre at tge moment# breakfast should imprive and also lifhts in bathrooms very dim could prove dangerous"

"The staff's attention to details was amazing! Before we arrived we got detailed instructions on how to get to the hotel and where to park a car. We didn't drive there but had planned too, the parking is a bit further away but the staff will help you if needed. We also got recommendations of place to eat and what to go see with a map of the city. The staff were very attentive. The hotel is in a great location near the bazar and walking distance to fish lake and the museum. The hotel is very quiet and peaceful. Ive and ing."

"Exceptional staff with attention to details; they were very accommodating & eager to help & communicate. Like many places in Turkey the only obstacle is the language barrier. People are fantastic & the staff, Adam & Gallup (sp?) here was no exception. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. This was by far the best breakfast in all the places we stayed in Turkey. Each day there was some different dish. We couldn’t eat it all because of the volume. The room was clean, shower was good with no water issues though shower floor was quite slippery when wet. "
