This cosy three bedroom bungalow is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of a lovely Scottish village on the Southern Upland Way. The bungalow offers three spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite, a large kitchen for all your cooking needs and a large lounge with seating for dining. There is a private garden with a decked and slabbed area to enjoy in the Scottish summer time. The property is a 2 minute walk from the train station and a 5 minute walk to most local amenities and attractions.
The house has three spacious bedrooms with double beds, one of which includes an en-suite with a shower with the main bathroom comprising of a stand alone bath. Two of the bedrooms have build in wardrobes.
The living area is very spacious and includes sofas, a love seat and a dining table. There is a large smart TV which can be used for Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc.
The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, washing machine and tumble dryer. Tea, coffee, sugar and other kitchen essentials will be supplied.
The house has a ramp at the back entrance for wheelchair users but please note the shower is a tray and not a wet room so may not be suitable.
There is a private garden with a decked and slabbed area to enjoy in the summer time.
Parking is available free at the front of the property.
Please note the maximum night stay is 30 nights.
There is security cameras mounted outside the property at the front and rear entrance.
