This surprising apartment has a dining room with a careful and elegant design. It is bright due to the large window that it has and from which you can access the front terrace and the side window, with views of the town of Sant Feliu and also the sea. It has an independent kitchen fully equipped, a bathroom with a large shower, a small hall and 2 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes; one of them with access to the terrace and incredible views of the sea and the other with a window and views of the town and the sea. The spaciousness of the terrace allows you to put sun loungers and a large table with chairs around it to enjoy outdoor moments and family meals, while contemplating the panoramic view of this part of the Costa Brava.
The residential complex where this apartment is located is made up of two buildings of six and nine floors in a prestigious, quiet and safe residential area.The complex has a large pool with a garden where there are communal sun loungers available to users and another small pool with a slide for children, very shallow, separated and at a different level than the large one for greater safety and with spring games for children in the area. There is also a games room with a tennis table and American billiards tables, a gym equipped with machines, a room for storing bicycles and on an adjoining land a small field, where the neighbors occasionally organize football matches.All the apartments have free WI-FI and the communal area has a large outdoor car park and a smaller covered car park, in which, in the middle of the summer season, only one vehicle is allowed per apartment.There is also a laundry, with a separate payment.
This apartment is located in one of the best and prestigious areas of the Costa Brava, at the top of the hill that separates the bays and beaches of Sant Pol-S'Agaró and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, 500m from either of the two .You can also go down to Ametller cove that is in front of the building.Both in Sant Pol and Sant Feliu there are all kinds of services, a nautical base, good communications with public transport (especially Sant Feliu), quick access to the main arteries to reach the other towns on the Costa Brava and inland. These populations offer a wide variety of activities: cultural, gastronomic, commercial, sports of all kinds: climbing, hiking, mountain biking, via ferrata, diving, sailing and other water and nautical activities in their ports and their beautiful beaches and coves that allow visitors to residents the ability to relax and enjoy this exclusive vacation setting.
