“The front counter people are very helpful and friendly. Only thing to improve is the wifi system.”

“Staff was extremely helpful in accommodating me for my first experience in Barcelona. The room service was shut down one night due to a thunder storm but other than that I have no complaints what so ever.”

“The room is clean and spacious, good facility, helpful staffs. The breakfast is fantastic with various cuisine. ”

“We enjoyed our stay here - it was in a convenient location but far enough away from the very busy tourist areas. Rooms were nice but ice machine on both levels we checked weren't working. The pool was beautiful and a great break from all the walking, however lounge chairs were tough to secure and the pool was very cold! Breakfast was really good with lots of options for eggs, however, I didn't see a lot of gf options. We had a good stay and would return!”

“not so close to the downtown but staff services are excellent and highly responsive ”

“It’s not in the city centre or shopping centre but it’s near metro (approx. 5-8 min walk). The room is a bit small but it’s good for us as we stayed a room with balcony.”
