There are shops and restaurants at nearby Colli di Fontanelle and buzzy Sorrento is just 7 km away.



Immersed in the verdant countryside of the Sorrento peninsula, views stretch out across terraced hillsides that slope down to the sparkling sea. The focal point of the garden is a delightful pool (4 x 10 m) and heated jacuzzi with six hydromassage jets. There are 3 terraces: the first is a wonderful spot for a celebratory dinner, the second is accessed from the dining room and the third is on the first floor.



The villa (420 m²) is an impressive building with a distinctive vintage style and interiors awash with marble and locally crafted furniture. The ground-floor dining room has seating for 20 and leads on to the second terrace and to a professional kitchen. On the first floor, the stylish lounge has beautiful marble flooring, an ornate fireplace, leather sofas and armchairs and French windows to a small terrace.

All bedrooms have double beds, a safe, satellite TV, small fridge and magnificent en-suite bathrooms.

• Bedroom 1 comprises 3 rooms. The sleeping area has a double bed, an arched window with a sea view and access to French windows on to a furnished sea-view terrace and a double sofa bed. The living area has a double sofa bed and desk. Accessed from corridor.

Not included in the price, to be paid on site:



• Tourist Tax: 4,00 Euros per person per day for the first 7 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.

• For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.

• Damage deposit: 1.000,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.

• Breakfast on request, for a fee
