“Apartment is very nice. The antique details, stained glass, furniture, terrace off the kitchen are all beautiful however, the tenant from below the apartment, came pounding on our door at night. He claimed that the shower was leaking into his apartment and said we could not run the water. Toilets did not flush and there was no hot water. Host was very apologetic, however, an apology did not solve the problem. We only stayed one night. I hope that the plumbing issues were resolved and future……

He spent time with us during check-in to explain the items in the apartment such as a/c and the roll up shades. He also warned us of pickpockets, explained how to get around and gave us recommendations for various local restaurants. The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. A ”

“Spacious, clean, renovated apartment with retro character elevator. Good kitchen facilities although the dishwasher quality is average. Washing machine is useful and our laundry dried overnight just with the central heating. Plenty of local restaurants nearby, about 20min walk to most of Rome sights. Can’t fault it except there’s 1 shower (the heading on Expedia indicates 2 bathrooms). Would highly recommend for a comfortable stay in Rome. ”
