Casa Rocco is located in Porto Pino, in the area of Sant'Anna Arresi, and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday. The apartment, about 80 square meters, is part of a villa and includes a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 4 guests.
Amenities include TV, air conditioning, fan, washing machine, baby cot, and Wi-Fi. The house also offers a private outdoor space with a garden, covered terrace, and barbecue.
The beautiful Porto Pino beach, with its white dunes and free beach area, is about 600 meters from the property. A private parking space is available, and one small pet (up to 5 kg) is allowed. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Important: pets must not be left unattended, either inside the house or in the garden.
The property also provides guidelines for proper waste separation, with further information available on site.
