"Lack of maintenance, bathrooms need calking, and cleaning up. Elevators need maintenance. Low water pressure and bathrooms faucet and accessories need upgrades. Cleanliness is not done daily and towels are left dirty. Staff are not eager working to help guests. Good selection served for breakfast is very poorly selected and served."

The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with air conditioning, but the best thing is the staff,they are very friendly, helpful and respectful.
