We are big fans of Flying Flags, the resort is great for the family to be able to play around the entire place, the pools are well done, the food on site is delicious...however, the ability to work with large groups on a check in and accommodate one check in to another was sub par. We also booked the tent with pictures of a King Size bed, a couch, and bunk beds to find when we got into our Tent it was simply a King bed and a leather couch. This is great for the experience but we had to have our kids bunk with another family for the night. The pictures don't fit the description and for $260/night we thought we would be housing our kids as well.

Was our 2nd time staying here and we fell in love every time. This time we utilized the pool area. The hot tub was relaxing and the pool is perfect for a cold plunge. RV is very clean, safe, and comfortable. The uber into the village is not that bad.

We stayed in a Safari Tent and had to utilize the shared public restrooms. At every visit to the restroom there was an issue of some sort. The condition of the sinks is what bothered me the most. Crusted green mucus on the majority of sinks, every.single.time. I was gagging. Paper towel machine not working, no running hot water in one specific shower, urine stench and crusted pee on one toilet and broken hanging towel fixtures at every turn. Yes, it’s a public space, but this isn’t a park. Have your maintenance team make regular runs to ensure cleanliness and function. Another sad occurrence involved Emily at the front desk. Oh boy, was she rude. It was the morning of a time change and she would not provide us towels to dry off our kids at 11:40 am which is technically ten minutes after late checkout and within our usage of time considering the time change. She told my husband we had to leave the premises when the manger in fact later stated to us that we were welcomed to enjoy the amenities after check out time. What is it then? You ask us to leave or can we stay? This staffer ruined our stay and our kids were nervous to swim after 11 am since we were treated like we were criminals. Flying Flags is awesome but not at the expense of your dignity.
