Santa Barbara, Bath St

Good quality, clean and tidy property in decent neighbourhood. 2m from beach, less than 1m to State St & The Mission, 3m from Mission & Rattlesnake Canyon. Great view of Los Padres National Forest & mountains from porch. Good facilities, decor not too fussy, great outdoor space and decent size driveway. Would recommend.

Best House in SB

We had the best time at Taylor’s house. The inside is beautiful and had everything we needed. The backyard was an oasis which we loved. Highly recommend. We will be back!

Perfect Spot

Our recent stay at this property was wonderful and care free. The owner was very responsive and tried to get the grass cut as soon as I pointed out how long it was. The backyard was extremely peaceful and didn’t have any issues with the home. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Would 10/10 stay there again! Thank you!

Cute house with great yard

We had a few issues with the property. It wasn’t as well equipped as other VRBO rentals. Only two wine glasses no cheese shredded, fry pans of inexpensive quality but we made do. A very small dishwasher that would be an issue if you prepared meals in. The backyard sprinkler was set to go off at around 6:00 PM -6:30 PM. We we’re trying to enjoy the hot tub when it went off. Freaked out our little dog and she got soaked so we had to get out and dry her off. Lots of fruit flies due to the fruit trees. Drive way a little challenging to get out due to people parking on both sides of the road. It was quiet and for the most part comfortable. Not sure this review matters since this property is being sold.

Clean, charming, ideal for a small family

We had a beautiful stay at Taylor’s house for Thanksgiving week. The indoor outdoor vibe is perfect for a couple but even better for a baby and a dog - just open the back doors and enjoy the sun. Even though it’s a small home, it feels spacious and the yard is comfortable and big! It’s clear they recently completed a thoughtful renovation - everything felt clean and new. We walked and rode bikes to lots of local shops and restaurants. The Public Market is only 10 mins away as are several coffee shops. We’d happily stay again.

Hidden Gem Downtown

I have stayed at another one of Taylor's properties before so I had high expectations based on my previous experience. Needless to say all of my expectations were met and we had the most amazing time. The house is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything you will need. You could literally spend your entire vacation in the spacious backyard if you wanted to but I recommend checking out everything that Santa Barbara has to offer. Taylor was very responsive and helpful just like the last time he hosted me. Thank you!
