Enjoy the smell of the sea air from this fully renovated outdoor patio and dining space in Summerland. This split-level Paradise Retreats home is nestled amongst tropical landscaping and stunning stonework. Immerse yourself in Summerland, known for its seaside views and quaint charm. You’ll be in a prime location that’s just two blocks from restaurants, coffee, wine tasting, and antique shopping, plus just a short walk to Lookout Park with beach access. A 5 minute drive North will take you to Montecito and a 10 minute drive will land you in Downtown Santa Barbara. So many options!

Walk inside and take note of the sunlit Great Room filled with windows, vaulted ceilings, and French Doors. It connects to three spacious Bedrooms and three Bathrooms filled with custom carved wood accents. The real showstopper is outside on the native stone patios that feature expansive dining, entertainment spaces, and a water fall. A built-in BBQ, kitchen, fireplace, and television are complemented by luscious green plants and relaxing lounge furniture. Open a bottle of Summerland Wine Chardonnay and take in the beachy vibes.

Fantastic location and layout for the family holiday together - relaxing areas for games and meals, short walk to the beach for frisbee and views, and nice location for travel to Santa Barbara, Solvang, etc.

Wonderful home located just a few blocks from the beach and 101- easy to get to SB, Montecito and Carpenteria for beach days and zoo days Fabulous outdoor space for visiting and family bbq time. Beds are comfortable and all the bathrooms were nice for two sets of adults and a toddler. Loved this home. Would stay here again!

It was neglegent not listing all the stairs inside. And not mentioning all the stairs down to the hot tub that did not have railings. It was very unsafe and so we were unable to use the hot tub and had to be very careful on the 4 steps (one was the very tall step of well worn steps to even get in side. The inside of the house was also very dark with dark wood manly like All over. We have used VRBo since Oct. 1999 and this way by far the only unsatisfactory house we have rented from you or

We loved this place! Plenty of space and very private. The 3rd bathroom is on the lower level which was a bit challenging for the 2nd bedroom occupants having to use two sets of stairs. Bedroom 1 and 3 have their en-suite bathrooms.

We had a great time at the Summerland property celebrating our daughter's graduation from UCSB and Father's day.The outdoor area is everything! An Oasis of beautiful landscaping and ample comfortable outdoor seating.And the downtown area is a short 5 minute walk.Great weekend all around!

We had a great family gathering at the Summerland Oasis. It's a wonderful property, and the management company is quite responsive. We did encounter a few property issues, but the management company corrected / fixed the situation promptly upon notification. We would definitely stay here again!

UCSB graduation visit

A beautiful house and wonderful backyard. The house had everything needed, and a nice little welcome basket when we arrived. Convenient location for walking to nearby restaurants. As mentioned by others, the bathroom setup is a little odd, but did not impact our stay. Some highway noise could be noticed by light sleepers, but the water features help.

Great location for family wedding weekend

The location is close to 101 with a true oasis in the backyard with water feature. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath upstairs and 2 baths and one bedrooms downstairs making it awkward for one couple with an upstairs bedroom and downstairs bathroom. The downstairs is pretty humid with the dehumidifier filling up with water at least once per day. The amenities were all there including full size washer and dryer if needed. We will stay there again if we are in the area.

Worked for us, but highly quirky property

6 adult women, ranging in age from 25-69, stayed three nights. There are three bedrooms with very comfortable king beds. The only en suite bath is on the lower level, and it is funky to say the least. With weird clearances and a steep step down to toilet/bath, it made middle of the night tinkling dicey. While each bedroom technically has a full bath, there are two bedrooms on the upper level with one bath there, and a random full bath just outside the lower level bedroom. Stairs are everywhere, so if you have mobility challenges this is not the property for you. The kitchen is workable but very small. We had significant rain so were not able to enjoy the extensive waterfall back yard, but can see how it would be lovely with good weather. The location was wonderful, and the Summerland Cafe just down the street was fantastic for breakfast. We would stay again and recommend to others, but this property is unique in ways it would pay to be well informed about before staying.
