About this property

The Beach House

  • Your own beach house minutes from the sand and adjacent to the top beach resort in California. Tons of yard space and room to spread out. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a reading loft, rollaway bed in guest room. Formal dining room, extra bar seating at kitchen, designated desk for work.
    Master suite has a queen size bed and fabulous new bathroom there is an extra large guest bedroom with two double beds. Second bathroom fully remodeled. Lots of light and charm everywhere! The yard and gigantic palm trees makes it like you are in Hawaii. Dogs welcome (limit 2). Center of Montecito moments from the sand. Outdoor dining, sunbathing, BBQ, outdoor sitting are with couch and umbrellas.
