- Enjoy this cozy tropical bungalow in the heart of Montecito. Easy walking to local shops and restaurants, this bungalow is also less than a mile up the road from Butterfly and Miramar beaches. Inside you'll find a styled living space with upscale furnishings, large smart TV and fast WiFi, fully stocked kitchen, unlimited coffee and teas, fresh linens & bedding, soaps and other amenities. There's also an outdoor shower and a private patio in the front to lounge the day away. This private hedged-in bungalow has everything you'll need for your getaway.

I absolutely love this rental. It was my second time staying here and I will not stay anywhere else while visiting Montecito or Santa Barbara. It is so unique and the location is unbeatable. I will be back!

We enjoyed staying at this little bungalow. It had all the amenities you would need. very comfortable bed and sparkling clean bathroom.Nice outside seating area and close to the town village. We enjoyed our short stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful cottage in Montecito

Beautiful Bungalow
We stayed for two nights and the property was in an excellent location and in such a great neighborhood. Bed was super comfortable and bungalow had all the amenities that anyone would need. Highly recommend staying here is you're looking for a cute and quaint place to stay!

Perfect in all respects
Wonderful accommodations overlooking Miramar Beach. We wished we could stay indefinitely! 10-minute walk to shops & dining on Coast Village Road, and 5-minute walk to Rosewood Miramar. We can’t wait to return!
