“We are visiting San Jose from Los Angeles and this house was very charming, cozy, and clean. The house looks exactly like the pictures posted. The host was great and the back yard was cute and pet friendly. ”

“Pro: clean, comfortable and welcoming. Con: no shades or drapes on bedroom windows, neighbor had a security camera and looked like it could see in the bedroom, address is not 822, washer did not work most of the stay, smoke detector went off two nights in a row (no reason), bathroom does not have a shower curtain and water gets all over floor - a little weird. ”

“This is a lovely cottage in the heart of a residential area. Close to Santana Row. Clean, neat, and a well stocked kitchen. Pet friendly and quiet. The hosts are kind and communication is quick and easy. The shower was a bit of a challenge and some comedic relief to the event (I turned the wrong knob and gave the entire room a shower). Back in when you park for easier departure, there are cars parked on the street that make it a bit difficult to see when you’re backing out. The owners are……

“Stayed at this property for 10 days…needed a place with ample space to accommodate members of a bridal party, and work space to finish decorations and other wedding related projects. This house fit our needs perfectly. Rooms and bathrooms were clean, beds were comfortable, location was ideal. Driveway had plenty of room for multiple rental cars (no need to search for street parking). Communication with property manager was prompt and clear. I highly recommend this property!”

“BEWARE Soooo much I can say about this location. Immediately, we noticed that the home had terrible cleaning conditions. The walls, shower, floors, baseboards n Kitchen ceiling fan were absolutely FILTHY! The upstairs shower was grimy n even had hair under the shower mat (dirty as well). The neighborhood had MULTIPLE stray cats that constantly crawled the patio n even slept on the furniture causing us not to use the patio at all! The backyard n front door area even smelled like cat urine.……
