Home2Book Stylish Flat in Santa Cruz

Beautiful and modern flat with views of the city and Anaga, located in the heart of Santa Cruz, just a few steps walking distance from the main points of interest of the capital, such as Plaza de España and Candelaria. Decorated with exquisite taste and so comfortable that it will make you feel at home. It is perfect for couples, as it can accommodate 2 people and has a terrace.This flat is ideal for a dream holiday, without giving up the city centre.

This beautiful designer flat is perfect for couples and for business trips, as it can accommodate up to 2 people, with a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen integrated in the living-dining room, a bathroom, 50mb Wifi Internet, a cosy terrace and a lift. Located in an exceptional area, very close on foot to the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen with washer-dryer, microwave, fridge, toaster and nesspreso coffee machine. It also has bed linen, shower towels, hairdryer, cot, high chair, Wifi Internet 50 mb, smart TV and much more.

The building is under construction and there is noise coming from the works.

Great location

This flat is in a super location, close to parking, restaurants and the water. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. The pillows... not so much. It would be better if the door to the bathroom was repaired so that it opened properly. We spent 6 nights here and would do so again.
