"The transfer from the airport is a bit tricky, look for a guy with a black polo and an orange logo… once in the hotel if you arrive late the kitchen might not be working and there are few options to have late dinner. The room was very spacious and clean, I had a great night sleep but it took around 40 minutes for the AC to cool the whole space as the room is extremely big and they don’t run the A/C 24/7… Breakfast was basic and the hot options were cold, but as I was hungry I was able to have some breakfast. Transfer back to the airport is every hour but they run an exception for me and took me at 11:30am. Overall really nice to have a one night stay to transfer from local to international flights in Santa Cruz if you need a lay over"
