「This stay was very beautiful, however I would read carefully which room you are staying in as the amenities don’t seem to align with the room you are choosing. We stayed in the room cinco suite with the illusion that we would get our “private hot tub” as described in the Expedia inclusions. Other than that the view was stunning and the staff was wonderful (:」

「This place was like a paradise! It was so beautiful and the dining area had the most lush breautiful view of the lake and surrounding hills. I came out to watch the sunrise and was offered tea and the birds were singing. It was a dream location. Many intereting chairs and swings to enjoy with the beauty with birds singing. The staff was extraordinary with their personal attention and delicious food. The showers were hot - are rare thing in this area! I would absolutely return to this...

「Do NOT stay at this place! From the moment we checked in, everything was wrong. The initial room was filthy with heavy soap scum in the shower, but the nightmare truly began in the middle of the night when we were terrified by a huge, hairy spider that looked like a venomous black widow. We spent 15 minutes searching for any staff member to help. Out of nowhere, a strawberry fell straight from the ceiling—to which the staff casually explained that they have bats roaming inside the ceiling!
