“A gem in a quiet and pleasant part of Sedona. Cannot beat the use!”

“My wife and I are extremely tolerable of tiny quirks a rental home can have, and while we loved this stay, I do think some constructive criticism would help bring this home to an A+ in my books. The good: - It’s coziness and proximity to downtown (we walked down there almost every day) - Proximity to Darcy park for our pups - The bed and pillows are super comfortable - The lighting! The needs improvement: - My wife and myself slipped on the flooring many times and if someone who is a little……

“The space is what we thought it would be and was great. We loved the back area especially since the adjoining renters were awesome. We had a great kitchen. Could do laundry and a spacious bathroom. We were within walking distance of all we wanted to do.”

“This rental was truly amazing. It was clean, very well stocked, roomy, comfortable bed, and a great location. It was so relaxing sitting on the porch. We are bird watchers. It’s very close to Randall Davey Nature Center. The birding was incredible. I highly recommend this rental to birders and non borders.”

It was an easy walk to the plaza and an easy drive to other attractions around town including Meow Wolf, hiking and Canyon Road. The host was more than generous with his accessibility and assistance during our stay. I would absolutely stay there again!”

“We stayed at this quaint loft within a short walking distance of the square. The unit was exactly as pictured and described as well as immaculately clean. The kitchen was adequately stocked and we did prepare a few meals. This place is perfect for a couples getaway. La Boca across the street is an amazing Spanish tapas restaurant. We enjoyed it so much we dined there twice. The only minor negative if there is one is the road noise from 10:00PM and later on the weekend. This is a popular street……

“I was originally scheduled for a 5 day stay but I had to cut my trip short. I did not get to meet the hosts, but I know they are good people based on other reviews. I would have loved to meet them. This property was so cozy, and I was very comfortable. Had a little trouble with the TV, not sure if that was a satellite issue. Overall, I really enjoyed staying here!”

“Located close to all the action but quiet. Spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with nice towels and toiletries. Clear instructions were provided for easy check-in and check-out. A bottle of champagne and sweet and salty snacks were awaited us and were very welcome after a long drive. Highly recommend.”
