The home features two additional bedrooms located on the lower level, sharing a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. One of these bedrooms has a king-size bed and is the only bedroom equipped with a television. The other has a queen-size bed. Please note that the bathroom attached to this room has a narrow door, which may be less accessible for some guests.

The back patio opens up to a private oasis surrounded by piñon trees and natural beauty. During warmer months, the sound of a cascading waterfall into the pond adds to the peaceful atmosphere.
