SUMMARY

Come enjoy one of the best locations in all of Santa Fe! This is a fully furnished, beautifully decorated 1600 sq. ft. Two-bedroom, two bath home with a private backyard, garage, an extra off-street parking space, and comfortable air conditioning. With the exception of two steps at the front and back doors, the home has no interior stairs. Located just one block from The Railyard, this home offers effortless access to the Violet Crown cinema, the Farmer’s Market, multiple new bars, breweries, restaurants and incredible art galleries.



LIVING AREA

The living room features ample seating centered around a large TV, making it a comfortable space for your entire group to gather. Two sleeper sofas are available for a flexible sleeping setup.



KITCHEN AND DINING

The kitchen features new high-end appliances and finishes, making it perfect for a home chef. The island doubles as a breakfast bar with seating for three, and offers extra storage.



BED AND BATH

Casa Michael has two primary suites with king beds, comfortable seating areas, and luxurious en-suite baths with walk in showers. One of the bathrooms offers a classic soaking tub as well.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The back patio is a perfect space for enjoying Santa Fe’s amazing weather! It features a gas grill, a large shaded dining table, a beautiful hammock under the shade of a large tree, and a large lounging area adorned with comfortable seating.

Casa Michael was excellent in every way. The house was perfect for us! We loved the location; just a short walk to the Railyard, were coffee shops, breweries, cafes, wine store. Casa Michael is neat as a pin, so clean and comfortable!! The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could need to stay in and cook. (though we didn't as there are so many wonderful restaurants in Santa Fe) You need to check out the spice cabinet--like everything in else in the house, it was so organized and neat! (I so appreciate a well stocked, neatly organized spice cabinet!) Decor was modern and eclectic; liked all the artwork adorning the walls. We loved the Casa Michael's neighborhood, too. Very quiet with nice, friendly neighbors!! Host very responsive to messages, requests. Easy check in, check out and NO check out lists to complete before leaving. Awesome! Loved this place, and would definately come back!

Awesome location and wonderfully stocked kitchen. Beds were very comfy. Walk to multiple restaurants. Only comment is garage/parking is tight if you have a large vehicle, but on street parking was easy. Hope to stay again.

Outstanding Stay

This was one of the nicest VRBOs we have stayed in. Our family of 4 stayed here and loved the decor; appreciated how well stocked everything was; and enjoyed the comfortable layout. We also liked the location which was very close to the Railyard and interesting shops and coffee houses. Only slight drawback was the narrow driveway that ran close to other houses but was manageable. We would most definitely stay here again!

Lovely, spotless, great location

The photos didn’t lie. A lovely, new and hip interior fully furnished with anything you need. There were three adults & we all found the beds and bedding new and comfortable. Lovely outdoor area and a good kitchen in which to cook.We’d stay here again.

Family Vacation

The property and location were fantastic. We loved being able to walk over to the Railroad District. The house was very peaceful and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked, so we cooked many of our meals. We’d love to come again when it’s warmer and we could use the comfortable backyard more.

Fantastic!!!

We were extremely impressed with our rental from Two Casitas. It was beautiful, well taken care of, and exactly what we needed. It was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, from kitchen utensils to extra linens. And the outdoor area provided a perfect hang out spot. Their customer service was responsive and highly accommodating. Definitely five stars!

Best VRBO ever!

I don’t normally review rentals, but this one deserves a review. Location is perfect, house is clean, well decorated, quiet, well stocked, spacious, had a wonderful outdoor space with seating, hammocks, great BBQ, and was just comfy perfect! We four all agreed that if we ever come to Santa Fe again, we would make this a top priority on our list!
