SUMMARY

Conveniently located near the Plaza and the Railyard, Desert Breeze is the perfect fusion of Santa Fe charm and bohemian haute couture. This haven has been detailed with custom artisanal woodwork, ornate tiling in the kitchen and bath, antique furnishings, hand-carved doors, wood-beam ceilings, and original artwork by the homeowner.

The open-concept living space offers ample ambiance for cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, dining under the chandelier, enjoying the gas fireplace, and watching TV, which offers HBO, Showtime, Cinemax, and Starz.



BED AND BATH

Both bedrooms offer queen beds, and the primary bedroom includes a twin daybed that is perfect for an additional guest. The bathroom has stunning Mexican tile and is situated between the bedrooms in a Jack and Jill layout.

The fenced patio offers shaded dining for four, a BBQ for outdoor cooking, and a charming fountain.

This was a lovely property within walking distance of the plaza (Restaurants & Shops). We had our dog with us & there was a green belt across the street as well as a small park where others would bring their dogs to socialize. This was definitely a bonus. I highly recommend this property & if/ when I return to beautiful Santa Fe I will definitely book again. :)

Charming adobe in a great location!

This property is in a great location, within walking distance of the Plaza and centrally located to other Santa Fe sites of interest. The hosts were available if needed and communicated well. The furniture makes it a bit of a tight fit in the dining area, and the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable for long visits, as mentioned in a previous review. But I would stay here again and would recommend it to others.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Casita for 2 nights on our way to Pagosa Springs, Colorado. Our stop over in Santa Fe was very enjoyable. The Casita was immaculate and had everything we needed. Love it and would definitely recommend.

The house was easy to find and is much smaller than the pictures show. It is decorated very well and the location was great for downtown and other places. Host kept in touch throughout to see if we needed anything.

Cozy, clean place to stay. Spotless upon arrival. Well appointed with everything we needed. Cool furnishings. A bit on the small side for 4 people, and on a somewhat busy street, but close to center of town.

Lovely place.

It was a very lovely home - tastefully decorated. The casita is on a busy street but inside it was quite and restful. The location was a pleasant walk from Santa Fe historic center. In the city center were dozens of nice places to eat.

Desert Breeze was a Breeze

The location was wonderful for walking to The Plaza and all the nearby restaurants and sites. Nice pathway along the creek across the street for walking our dog. Beds were comfortable, decorations fitting for Santa Fe, however, not always the most comfortable in the living area. The back patio was nice - great place for morning coffee! Recommend adding a full length mirror as we were in town for a family wedding and really missed not having a mirror. We would stay here again should we travel back to Santa Fe.

I stayed in this casita with my mom for a few days in April. The casita is lovely, just like the pictures. Very comfortable with great amenities. The location is perfect. Santa Fe plaza and attractions are easily accessible.

Charming casita with an eclectic artistic decor

Desert breeze of Two Casitas was a great find for us. Very clean, well stocked, conveniently located Adobe house with eclectic artwork, much of which was done by the owner Sue, giving it a real down home Santa Fe feel. Very comfortable. Good beds. Info packet with maps and recommendations were both helpful and good. Greeted with a bottle of wine, chips and salsa. Sue, the owner, was nice enough to stop by to introduce herself and make sure everything was okay. She also brought some jam and a few other kitchen goodies. Easy access to the historic plaza and canyon road. Great French breakfast and lunch place with a five minute walk( (Mille). I would be quite happy to stay here again. No complaints at all.

As expected and surprise touches

Highly recommend for many reasons, but loved the small touches. Like “instant on” hot water (can’t get that at home!), fresh sunflowers on the table, candles in the rooms on and waiting for our late arrival (battery, of course), a Georgia O’Keefe cookbook to read, local maps… really nice place.

Fantastic Find

We had a wonderful time at Desert Breeze this weekend!! What a beautiful place! The location is perfect and if you have a dog there’s a park area to walk just across the street. The owners have taken extreme care to all the little details in the Casa!! We loved our little gift of chips and salsa and the bottle of wine!! Thanks for making our stay here special.

Desert Breeze - Perfect Spot in Santa Fe

We wanted to spend a few days in Santa Fe to discover all the wonderful food and art. The Desert Breeze Casita was a perfect place to stay. The home is beautifully decorated and has great attention to details. The artwork throughout the home of the owner/artist was a bonus. The home was a good location to see both the downtown plaza and The Railyard. We were provided with great recommendations for dining and sight-seeing. I would highly recommend this place to friends.

So close to everything.

This conveniently located rental is perfect for seeing the sights in Santa Fe. We took advantage of the Ortiz dog park…so great…restaurants, picnic at aspen vista, launching point to Abiquiu, botanical gardens and more. The casita is beautifully appointed with lovely art and furnishings and has special touches like a library of wonderful books…and even complimentary chips, salsa and adult beverage! We’d choose this rental again in a minute.

This home was beautifully decorated by the owner, who is an artist. There is so much attention to detail. The kitchen was well stocked with basic supplies. Cozy beds and hot showers. Communication with the host was always timely. The location was great - about a 15 minute walk to town.

AMAZING

This by far has been my favorite VRBO I have ever stayed at! The décor is stunning. Everything was very clean, plenty of towels and blankets. Kitchen is well equipped. Has a nice hang out area in the back to enjoy some of that Santa Fe sunshine. Location is great as well. It is about a 10-12 minute walk to the old town area. Check in was extremely easy, and the staff checked in to make sure everything about our stay was going well once we were there. Would highly recommend and would revisit if we ever make it back to Santa Fe again!
