We stayed for 12 days and enjoyed this home as it was close to many of the things we wanted to do. Plenty of room and while we didn't use it, the back patio was inviting.

Great stay close to Canyon Roas

We loved staying at Gorgeous on Garcia! The house is beautiful and the place is kept up like a home, not a corporate place. The kitchen had tons of condiments and cooking things for our light cooking needs. Nice shampoos, and we used the hot tub without any issues.The host is great. She gave us some great walks to explore and take advantage of the house’s proximity to canyon road and beyond. We would definitely rent here again if we needed to come back.

Beautiful Sante Fe

This was our second visit to Santa Fe. we stayed a month each time. I particularly enjoyed our location at Fran's VRBO, We walked downtown, to the many art galleries, and to the local coffee place - Downtown Subscription. We really enjoyed sitting out on Fran's private backyard patio for a meal or just to read. Of course, a dip in the hot tub under the stars was a definite highlight!

Great stay at Gorgeous on Garcia!

My husband and our two college age kiddos enjoyed 6 nights at Gorgeous on Garcia! The name is accurate. Such a wonderful, cozy place that we enjoyed so much. Comfy beds and linens, fully stocked kitchen, darling living room with a huge tv to enjoy in the evenings. The hot tub was such a great bonus. Missing it already! The host, Fran, was very helpful and communicative. She left guidebooks with instructions for her home and also one with tons of suggestions for things to do in Santa Fe and the area. We loved our stay and will definitely come back to this wonderful city and this beautiful home. Thanks, Fran!!

Great time on Garcia

We stayed at Fran’s property to celebrate my father’s 80th as well as to celebrate Christmas. Property is very functional, clean, and comfortable. My entire family was happy in the property. We loved the hot tub too! Location is amazing - literally 5 min drive from anything in Santa Fe, and a 0.25 mile walk to Downtown Subscription and was a primo spot for the Ferilito Walk - such a festive experience. We would definitely stay here again. Fran was easy to work with and gave great suggestions. Thanks so much!

What a gem in Santa Fe

Perfect house for our Santa Fe getaway. The house itself was charming, very clean, extremely well appointed (love all the art) and what you want in a Santa Fe experience. We enjoyed the spa and movies at night and appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Fran is an amazing host and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay again when we are back in town.

Lovely art filled home in a near ideal location

Our recent stay was an absolute joy from start to finish. Tucked away in the quiet corner very near the heart of Santa Fe, this house was a joy. We were immediately taken with the unique character of the adobe-style home. The architecture beautifully reflected the traditional Southwestern aesthetic, while modern amenities seamlessly complemented the historic ambiance inside. The living spaces were tastefully decorated with artwork and furnishings that enhanced the overall atmosphere of warmth and authenticity. The layout of the home, ideal for a couple or small group, provided ample space to relax and unwind. The well-appointed kitchen was a joy to cook in, equipped with everything we needed. The cozy living room was perfect for lounging after a day of exploring Santa Fe's rich cultural offerings. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional hospitality extended by our host. From the moment we booked, they were attentive to our needs and provided invaluable recommendations for local attractions, dining, and activities. Their genuine enthusiasm for sharing Santa Fe's best with us enhanced our experience and made us feel like welcomed guests in their home. I'll be back!

Fabulous property

We had an amazing time. It is a beautiful property. The hot tub was a really nice extra as well as the Kiva fireplace. The kitchen was well appointed. The bed, sheets, and towels were all really comfortable. Everything about the place is top-notch we loved it. We would recommend it to anybody who is interested in staying in Santa Fe?

Ideal, quiet location

We stayed a week in Fran's home on Garcia St and after a few days it felt like we'd moved to Santa Fe. It's such a pretty and quiet neighborhood, yet with easy walking access to Canyon Road, or a longer but pleasant walk to the Plaza area. Highly recommend.

November 2023 Stay at Gorgeous on Garcia

The adobe home on Garcia in the historic eastside of Santa Fe exceeded our expectations. Tucked away among other homes off Garcia Road, the location was private and very quiet. We were able to walk to Canyon Road through a neighborhood gate, arriving at Alameda and Canyon in under 10 minutes. The home is a large two bedroom that could easily accommodate 4 to 6 adults with two bathrooms, ample kitchen, and convenient utility closet for washer/dryer. The kiva fireplace and large supply of firewood (piñon and oak) made for a wonderfully cozy fire every night. There is also a large backyard covered patio with table and barbeque grill. The hot tub off the primary suite bathroom was very clean, with high power jets and consistent temperature. The artwork in the home is gallery-quality and representative of the Santa Fe and northern New Mexico styles and cultures. The VRBO owner, Frances, was extremely helpful and responsive in our communications. She made the extra effort to suggest activities and restaurants as well as clearly delineate her expectations for guests. There were detailed booklets describing checkin and checkout procedures, guidelines, and highlights of things to do in the region. We plan to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful Wedding Stay in Santa Fe!

Overall, everything went smoothly! Check in was EZ and communication was quick and responsive!! Would definitely stay here again! Beds were comfy as well which was welcomed with so many things to do and see in the area! We got married here during our visit and wanted a clean and updated place with great amenities which it provided 100 percent!! Thank You Fran! And look forward to coming back soon!!

Gorgeous on Garcia is Lovely!

We booked with Fran for a friend’s birthday celebration, and our two West Highland White Terriers were welcomed along with all their people. Before we even arrived Fran shared her online guest book which is full of very helpful recommendations from dining to shopping to adventures. The check-in process was seamless, and Fran was proactive in communicating, but left us to enjoy her place and all Santa Fe has to offer. The neighborhood is tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac within walking distance of Canyon Road. We truly enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Great location

We enjoyed the house overall . It had great patios for dining al fresco and plenty of space. The plaza, many shops and restaurants are walkable. The hot tub was clean and an added perk.
