Fabulous Deck

We have stayed at this Eastside property several times. It is our favorite. The Mountain View from the deck is unmatched. This is a very comfortable house. It is an easy walk to Canyon Road, which is amazing.

Restful Hummingbird

We enjoyed our stay at this property immensely. The property was exactly as it was pictured/described and was well appointed. The location felt very private even though it is nestled into an area that is quite populated. We had local friends over for dinner one night and they were as equally impressed as we were. Having never been to the Santa Fe area before we realized how much there is to see and do there and will undoubtably be back and when we do, we will stay at this property again.

Great stay in Santa Fe

We had a great stay in Santa Fe. The property Is located up the hill from all the galleries in canyon road. The final few roads were a bit narrow but we had no issues in a SUV except on a day we got heavy snow. Chains or a 4x4 would be required when it’s slippery. The house is spacious with two bedrooms and a day bed in the office. The fire place was nice with the cold weather and fire wood can be purchased around the city. They property is divided into three units with this one being largest and having the best views. We didn’t hear any of the neighbors. The driveway is shared with the back neighbor. Parking would easily accommodate two vehicles and possibly a third. The kitchen has all the basics and all the appliances worked. Overall we entered our stay and would love to visit again.

Beautiful

This was our first time to rent a VRBO. The Hummingbird property was perfect for us. We were a party of 3 elders. It’s beautifully decorated, has a wonderful Master bath, nice kitchen, pretty mountain views, great deck and patio below. When we had a couple of issues the management was very responsive. We loved everything about the property. Made our trip!

It's very spacious and cool down six steps to the lower level where the bedrooms are. We enjoyed breakfasts and sunsets on the patio with its view across the valley. It has easy access to downtown which is less than ten minutes away. We certainly would stay again when we come to Santa Fe. It's very well maintained, clean, and the management company was very accommodating to our request for a late departure.

Great visit! Suggest cleaning shower head in master bathroom- suspect grains of sand are blocking and misdirecting some of the water.

I believe the lock on the front door needs attention.

I believe the lock on the front door needs attention. It often took four or more tries to get it to lock. While the kitchen was well-equipped, some storage containers (tupperware, gladware, zip-top bags) would have been a nice touch. Overall, the property is lovely, especially the outdoor spaces, the very nice kitchen, and all the comfortable seating, both indoors and out.
