My stay was short because of flight delays, but the directions were easy to follow and I had instructions for room entry already. The luminaries outlining the pueblo were so welcoming. The room was clean, quiet, and unique. It is a quick walk to great restaurants, shops, and the plaza.

Pleasant quirky stay, Had to connect the tv to property internet myself. Terrific sitting area just outside our room. Great mattress. Bathroom could use an update. (I’m sure they're working on it) Very clean room, property is well cared for.

Pueblo Bonito has an authentic vintage southwest decor and vibe …nicely decorated and comfortable. There are several outdoor areas on the property to enjoy alfresco coffee and/or other snacks. The indoor lobby and lounge area also very comfortable with a fun decor …books and games available. Coffee and a nice mix of teas and light snacks in the morning and during the day. Very walkable only 10 minute walk to central plaza or the railroad district in the opposite direction…the State Capitol Building with an amazing art collection is only a block away. Many options for dining. The staff was most helpful…the manager, Sam, was great, very accommodating to our schedule and needs, providing friendly advice on what to see and where to eat. We will definitely return.

The Pueblo Bonito Inn is superb! The staff is awesome. Brenda and Lucre were amazing. They were very hospitable, gracious, and caring. The room was very clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of room. It had a small refrigerator and included complimentary water. The common areas are very clean and well-maintained. They also have a very comfortable foyer with books (and table games ). Here you can enjoy your morning beverage or the provided coffee, tea, or snacks. The center of town is within walking distance, less than 10 min. There is a brewery and a deli within a 2-3 min walk. There is a Trader Joe's and pharmacies within a 5-min drive.
