It is a beautiful property -- spacious. The lot is very private and well situated and quiet. We could drive to Santa Fe in about 15 minutes.The kitchen was well equipped to make meals -- which we did quite a bit. The balcony had a grill and lots of seating places. The entire house made for a very comfortable stay over the weekend for our group.

The house was spacious, had plenty of rooms, and had a good layout. The views were beautiful, the porch was nice, and the beds were comfy. One way this property could improve would be to add screens and curtains on the windows to keep the bugs out more. They also could also add more cooking utensils, and improve the spotty cell reception if possible.

This property is huge and great for our group of 3 generations. We brought our elderly small dog and she did great, challenged somewhat with the stairs and stickers outside, but overall great. The big room with the huge TV was our March madness gathering place. It was very clean and the host was very accommodating.

Beautiful but not handicap accessible. We were very happy with the property in general; it was very comfortable and attractive with a fantastic view. However, it is not truly handicap accessible. The downstairs mother-in-law suite has an accessible entrance through the garage but has a shower tub combo. The walk in shower in the adjacent downstairs space was out of order. Otherwise, all the shared living space (kitchen, dining, living room) is up a long flight of stairs. Our guest with an ankle injury managed but someone in a walker or wheelchair could not.

We had a family gathering for my mother's 100th birthday. The house and its view from the balcony exceeded our expectations. The host was very thoughtful, he provided birthday congratulation notions. Upstairs was SW traditional (adobe, beams) with a modern kitchen and a large TV which was tastefully recessed to be unobtrusive. The huge master bedroom has a large bathroom with stand alone tub and a shower you could play bridge in, beyond which is a walk in closet with dresser. The other three bedrooms are large,(had a toddler's pac-n-play in one) and one of which has two separate beds. The host supplied the pac-n-play and a high chair, so we didn't have to bring those on the plane! Downstairs (ground level) is the two car garage and a separate living area, complete with kitchen and its own living room. One side is a 'game room' with two trundle beds (sleeps 4) and the other side has the kitchen/living room, bathroom and two bedrooms (one bed in one, two beds in the other). This kitchen has a door which leads outside. A wonderful 100th birthday experience was significantly enhanced by the house and host.

The property was immaculate and exactly what we needed. Being a group of 12, it was difficult to find a place near downtown Santa Fe, so we opted for Casa de Coyote. Everyone was happy that we were able to all be under one roof. There is a large TV in the upstairs great room that I do not think was pictured in the photos. This was great for watching World Cup games. There is also a second floor balcony / patio with a grill. The views around the property are amazing. There was ample space and bathrooms for everyone. The kitchen also had plenty of space to cook large meals. Chad the host was quick to reply in the VRBO app. The upstairs AC controls were controlled by touch screen thermostats that were a bit glitchy and had to be rebooted. But after a reboot they worked fine for the remainder of the stay. Other than that we had zero issues. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay overall at this Santa Fe home!!The house is beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable—plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.One thing to note is that the main living area is upstairs. While it does offer nice views and great natural light, it can be a bit challenging having to carry things up and down, especially if you have knee issues.That said, the home is well-maintained and a lovely place to stay!!

The space was perfect for our group! Lots of beds and lots of rooms for when we needed privacy, and big rooms to gather, visit, craft, and play games. Highly recommended for a big group!
