Fantastic and Walkable

This is a fantastic location for a romantic getaway. Located in the very walkable downtown Santa Fe area and close to various food options. We loved our stay here.

Great Santa Fe stay

We enjoyed the helpful staff, great location, and very clean studio apartment where we stayed. The small refrigerator was helpful when we had cold drinks or snacks, or restaurant leftovers. We hope to be back.

Santa Fe Property

This is our very favorite property for lodging in Santa Fe. You can’t beat the location and the ease of access to the community & plaza. Over the years we have enjoyed the 2 & 3 bedrooms with friends and this time the 1 bedroom for ourselves. We would definitely recommend the location and look forward to our next stay!

Downtown gem

This was a great last minute find to be in the heart of downtown Santa Fe with parking. Easy check-in. A secure building. Hotel-like amenities in the room for not hotel prices. Very nice furnishings. Yes, there’s no windows, but didn’t really notice.

This is a great property, very clean, very close to everything, very safe, very easy to get in and out of, great access to restaurants, Dolima the greatest bakery ever, the O'Keefe. Only thing missing was a window, but didn't really matter, everything else was great.

Affordable luxury stay in heart of Santa Fe

Our first time in Santa Fe we searched online to find something reasonably priced close to the Plaza, the central area of old town. We found this listing on VRBO and were thrilled with the feedback from previous guests. Having arrived on a noisy cinco de mayo we were thrilled with this choice of a quiet, comfortable and luxurious place to stay for the week. The parking was important and we drove down from Canada to stay. The private parking lot is at the back of the building and only a 1 minute walk to the front door of building. Our check in email came with codes for doors and worked seamlessly. There was a rolling luggage cart in the lobby, very handy for bringing up all our gear. The elevator and stairs are handy for accessing third floor. Our room was warmly lit and luxurious. Big comfy king bed, luxurious linens and pillows and big fluffy towels in bathroom. Great shower, nice toiletries, and good hairdryer. There is a good sized bar refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, and sink. All the utensils and kitchen dishes you would need. Nice little nook table for two and a door that opens to an outside alcove and open air should you need some light from outside. If you want to enjoy coffee on a patio all you need to do is go out to the hallway and take the stairs down one flight and you can access a common area patio with chairs, lingers and table. In the street level block of this building are galleries and stores along with a great little cafe. Highly recommend!
