In Santa Flavia, the holiday apartment Olimar Home offers an excellent view of the sea. The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This vacation rental features a private outdoor space with a garden and three balconies.

The accommodation is located only 2 km from the archaeological area of Solunto, 3 km from Torre Normanna, 4 km from Bagheria, 28 km from Mondello beach, 20 km from the center of Palermo and 55 km from Palermo airport. Olivella beach can be easily reached on foot, as it is only 70 m away. Public transport links are within walking distance. The city of Santa Flavia provides a free bus service to central destinations and popular beaches in the area, including Uccellaia, Fondachello, and Olivella. The bus stop is conveniently located right outside the property.

A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

One pet is allowed.

Very nice appartement with good host

Family trip

Guiseppe's property was exactly as described. It was clean and comfortable and came fully equipped with everything you need, a home from home. We could park our rental car inside the gates safely and not have to worry. Everything is of a high standard and it's a few minutes walk to the harbour. Guiseppe was so helpful and easily contactable by whatsapp. We were a family of four and it was perfect for us size wise. We would definately stay there again!
