We loved our stay, and the views from the property are absolutely beautiful. The food and service were also fantastic, and if you’re able to have dinner with them I recommend it!

Liegt etwas abgelegen aber mit dem PKW erreichbar. Ruhige Umgebung and eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer.

Great View, Good Service
We had a great stay! The room was cozy & the view out to the coast was great. The service was good, we only wished we had been able to eat dinner there but they weren’t offering it the evening we came. It’s a great place to stop before going to Rome!

Struttura molto piacevole posizionata in collina sopra Santa Marinella da cui si gode un bell panorama! I proprietari sono gentilissimi e accolgono gli ospiti con attenzione. Ottimo per famiglie

Non mi è piaciuto nulla di questa struttura, tra l'altro non è vero che si trova vicino al mare, come pubblicizza il proprietario, ma in tutt'altro posto. Sperduto sul cucuzzolo di una collinetta ben distante dal mare.

Ci spiace dell'insoddisfazione del sig. ...Anonymous. La distanza dal mare è di ben 2 km in cima ad una sperduta collina panoramica, è vero, ma garantisco che basta visionare le foto e rendersi conto che non disponiamo di spiaggia privata. Ringrazio comunque il sig. Anonymous per darci lo spunto e la possibilità di migliorare la nostra struttura e i nostri servizi

Weekend di trasferta per regata a Santa Marinella
In 4 persone abbiamo prenotato l'appartamentino composto da una stanza con due letti singoli, una con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, bagno e balcone. La stanza era ben attrezzata, letti comodi (letti a castello un po' spartani), pulito. Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile e simpatico. Ci si sente un po' come a casa. Vista spettacolare a soli 5 minuti di auto (sentiero non asfaltato) da Santa Marinella. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, 80 euro in 4 per 1 notte con colazione. Assolutamente consigliato!

Ci siamo fermati per una notte di ritorno dalle ferie, è stata una sorpresa, la gentilezza dei padroni di casa e il buon mangiare ci hanno fatto sentire a casa, diventerà una nostra tappa fissa, vista incantevole

Hermoso hotel, super cómodo, limpio. El servicio excelente! Unas vistas preciosas y las habitaciones comodisimas! Volveremos seguramente!

Très bonne impression, petit déjeuner copieux , les propriétaires sont très accueillants.

Чисто, хозяева не беспокоят, завтрак скромный, имея автомобиль вполне удобно - без авто не реально , в пятницу, субботу и воскресенье работает ресторан. На Агротуризм не тянет - скорее B&B. Шампуня, мыла и других прибамбасов нет, полотенца меняют редко ( 2 раза в неделю), для бюджетного отдыха вполне даже сойдет ( при наличии авто). До пляжа на авто 5 - 10 минут - смотря какой пляж выбрать. Достопримечательностей в округе полно - опять же оговорюсь на машине ( в радиусе 1 часа можно каждый день куда-нибудь ездить)

Sweet bed and breakfast
The room was small but clean, and the view was beautiful. The bunkbeds were not comfortable, but not terrible. The owners even offered to leave breakfast out for us at 5 am, as we had to leave to catch our flight in the morning. It felt homey and secure all at the same time.
