“I came to town with my husband to run a marathon. This home was in the perfect location, walking distance to the expo and finish line. It also turned out to be conveniently located by a handful of restaurants and a grocery store! We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the backyard games. The host was excellent with communication as well. I’ll stay here next year if we decide to run that marathon again….. which we likely will!”

Took quick trip on the train into Santa Barbara. Walking distance to station and then it drops you right downtown in SB.”

“Fernanda was an amazing host and her place was so comfortable to stay in. I had the best sleep and rest there because the mattress was extremely comfortable. She has a fully functioning kitchen where you can cook and also modern fittings in the bathroom as well. Will definitely be back here!”

“A friend and I found this beautiful oasis for our three day stay. The spotless trailer had everything one could need. The hummingbirds and goats were a nice bonus, but what made it most special was the creek that ran right alongside the trailer. The sound of the creek, crickets, and frogs is a wonderful respite from the city noises. Sylvia is such a fine person and added so much to our enjoyment. I will definitely stay again. Loved it!!”
