Had the best stay!

Amazing stay! We had the best time staying at this property! The house and pool were perfect for our group and the amenities were wonderful. Hollie and Joy were easy to connect with and the place was in perfect condition, just like the pictures. Would highly recommend and hope to be back soon!

Perfect Getaway!

The stay was amazing and relaxing! The location was great! Golf cart was not available for our stay, but we rented one and it made our travels to and from the beach very easy! It is in a great location and not far at all from the beach! The house was so cute and homey and everyone enjoyed their stay here!

Wonderful experience! The host was very responsive and helpful to all of our questions before and during our trip. Check-in was a breeze for our adult children who arrived a few hours ahead of us. The property provided a great space for everyone in our family. Beach gear, bikes, pool & hot tub provided endless fun for everyone. The beach bonfire on the final day was the perfect ending to our family vacation. We hope to return in the future to make more wonderful memories! Thank you!

Great house and stay. Perfect location.

We really liked the location. Very Short walk to these : Redfish taco, drinks and live music (fun), Cowgirl Kitchen great breakfast and brunch, Great ice cream shop, and less than 5 minute walk to beach. Very roomy and clean. Loved the backyard privacy and used hot tub every night. No neighbor issues. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful house

Beautifully decorated large home. Only one block from the beach. Able to walk to restaurants and a fabulous Blue Mountain Bakery. Heated pool and hot tub used everyday. Large rooms and lots of space. Will definitely come back again.

The BEST home and quality of service

We absolutely loved everything about this home! So beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. 30A Beach Girls were so helpful with the cart, bikes, extra towels, immediate text responses to assist us with dinner locations and any questions we had. Thanks for the great family trip!!

Excellent!!

Our family and friend's had a great time during our stay. The house had everything we needed and use of the bikes and golf cart was an added bonus. If you want a place in walking distance to the beach and a place comfortable enough to hang out at home while relaxing in the hot tub and pool, this is a great choice for you.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay for a surprise 50th birthday party. We had 10 guests and the house had plenty of room for everyone. While outside enjoying the pool the neighbor did tell us the neighborhood is considered a "quiet neighborhood" although we weren't being loud, it's something to be mindful of if you're planning to use the outside space. The walkability to the beach was very easy with local entertainment close by!

Home away from home for an excellent vaca!

What a fantastic stay we had at this home! The pool and hot tub were absolute highlights, and the instructions provided made everything a breeze. Being so close to the beach was incredibly convenient, and we loved that we could enjoy a quick walk there. The proximity to local gems like the creamery and Red Fish taco, with its live music nights, added an extra layer of enjoyment to our evenings—all within a three-minute walk! The house itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with plenty of spaces to relax and visit with loved ones. Overall, a wonderful experience that we would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Convenient and relaxing!

Great Luxury Home in Blue Mountain. The property was beautiful. The hot tub and pool were put to good use. Quiet neighborhood, no issues with neighbor as others mentioned and my kids are NOT quiet no matter the pleading. Close to great restaurants and beach. 30a beach girls assisted with transport and groceries, nice touch. Easy check in and no issues with the home.

Family Vacation

We had a fabulous time at this property! It was clean with great amenities. We brought our parents and our teen kids, the house has the perfect layout for being all together or enjoying alone time. The location is in walking distance to the beach access. However, if you prefer to rent a golf cart, there is a rental company just around the block. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing after a long day at the beach. We enjoyed the grill and the rest of the outdoor space as well. 10/10 recommend!!!

Fun Ladies Weekend - Beautiful House!

We absolutely loved the house, pool, hot tub and space! We had a bunch of ladies relaxing at pool and beach. Very clean and well decorated house. Spacious. Short 4 minute walk to Santa Rosa Beach, and only 1 minute stroll to Redfish Village. 30A Beach Girls had a great beach fire set up for us at sunset too!! Awesome! We'll be back.

Absolutely the best place we've ever stayed

As a large family we've rented many places. This is by far the best. Kids & adults had a BLAST. House is clean & well stocked for fun. There was an issue not at fault of anyone but the managers handled professionally and quickly. We appreciated their efforts and assistance.

Great spring trip!

Family Trip. We had an awesome time. This house was clean and great location for our time in 30a. The neighbor yelled at our kids that they were to loud in the pool at 4pm. Not a big deal. The owner was very responsive to all our questions and ensured we arrived safely and checked in frequently. The included camp fire on the beach was fun. We will definitely stay here again on our future visit.❤️

great stay.

Had a great stay. House is comfortable and spacious. Neighbors are rude they yell at you over the fence that you're talking to loud or laughing to loud. It was just 3 of us in the pool at 6pm. The house is close to two of our favorite places. Redfish Taco and Cowgirl kitchen. Beach is very close, we walked it several times a day. The team at 30a beach girls was always kind and helped when we asked. Would book with them again and would book this house again.

Excellent house with loads of things to do near by!

Beautiful home. Very clean. Amazing surprising amount of space. The house is so much bigger than the pictures show. Memorable stay with kids & grandkids. Beautiful sunsets from the deck; wonderful evenings around the fire-pit; plenty of room for everyone too spread out. The managers at 30a beach girls were helpful, wonderful hosts and ready to help. 50th Anniversary Trip

50th Anniversary Trip was a dream come true! Our family (parents, adult children, grandchildren) traveled to 30a to spend a week together and celebrate our milestone anniversary. We had a wonderful time exploring the area and visiting various beaches, sites, and even spent a pontoon day. The pool at the house was an extra bonus, especially for the grandchildren. The house was beautiful, clean, and gave us lots of room for both togetherness and privacy. We loved it and the personalized service from 30a beach girls we had balloons, cake and champagne waiting for us. Very thoughtful!

Great home! We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was clean and comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach and walkable eating options. The pool and hot tub were the highlights of our stay! While we did encounter a neighbor who occasionally shushed us, it didn't significantly impact our experience. On one occasion, my wife and I were simply sitting outside discussing restaurant options when we heard her mention she could hear our conversation. Overall, book this house for its fantastic pool, hot tub, spacious interiors, free bonfire, and excellent location. We will definitely be back! -- Long, Miller and Davis families

Perfect Place for a large group! This place is special!

Can't say enough about this property and the property managers at 30a beach girls. Held a mini family reunion here in blue mountain and this property was perfect for the larger family. Kitchen was well equipped, the house is laid out very nicely to allow for together time while also creating space for people to find some quite time. Pool also provided activity options. The property manager was extremely friendly and helpful. We loved that a bonfire on the beach was part of the package and the kids are STILL talking about it. Can't say enough good things about this experience, thank you Hollie for the recommendation.

Good vacation

Overall experience was great. My son in law messed with the pool settings that caused a bit of a headache, so if you book the house, make sure to ask questions and not be stupid. House was clean communication with 30a beach girls was great. You get a free night on the beach with a fire. That was cool. The pool issue sucked as well as a neighbor who thought we should swim in silence.

Girlfriend's Beach Getaway

30 A Sea-Renity- Absolutely can't say enough good things about our week stay at this beautiful home that we rented through 30a Beach Girls. It's a short walk to the beach plus has four bikes to cruise along 30a and enjoy loads of shops and restaurants. The house large enough to accommodate our group of 10 comfortably and was decorated so cute. Beds were super comfy and kitchen was well stocked. Pool and hot tub was our favorite spot to hang out when at the house. 30a Beach Girls knocked it out of the park with a beach bonfire and shrimp boil at the Beach one night… Even provided margaritas for all of us to enjoy. 30 A Beach Girls really know how to make their guests feel special and made everything so easy for us so we didn't have to do anything except enjoy our girl time and the beach!
