The Inn at Gulf Place offers the unique experience of an intimate exclusive hideaway within the Gulf Place Town Center. You will be in the center of activity and energy while staying in a beautiful room with a spectacular town center view. Imagine stepping out for a short stroll to the beach, specialty boutiques and shops, restaurants, bar, nature trails, and tennis all located in the Town Center. This property offers atmosphere and convenience, along with a unique and stunning room, which is directly across the street from the beach. On site you can play tennis or lounge by one of the 3 swimming pools (2 pools are heated). Trails meander through this community of condominiums, townhomes and suites. The Gulf Place community features distinct amenities including excellent restaurants, large green space for exercise and concerts. This unit offers a private balcony and a short walk to white-sand beaches. The host of our condo was wonderful. The directions about the condo and the amenities was very clear. They were available when needed with a couple of questions I had. The condo was cozy and felt like home. It was very clean and smelled wonderful. Sometimes Condos close to the beach can smell mildewy but this one was very fresh and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were wonderful. Everything was just what anyone could need. I highly recommend this as a stopping point in your travels!

Loved the stay at Three Little Birds and highly recommend! First, the location absolutely can’t be beat — about a three minute walk to the beach and at a stroll in flip flops. Second, the condo is adorable and cozy - with lots of personal touches to make you feel at home. The condo was clean and comfortable. Perfect for relaxing. During my stay, it was also very quiet. Lots of dining options in the condo development and cute shops. I didn’t use the pools. The host was communicative when answering a couple of questions. The instructions were also very clear and thorough. It’s obvious a lot of care goes into this condo. Loved the experience!

Pros: Property was as expected, the best part of the property was the location near beach access with shops and restaurants below. The bed was comfortable & we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. It was just enough space for my son and me. Cons: Not a ton of cons but there were little things that the hosts could provide to make our stay go from average to great...They provide a coffee pot and filters but would have been great if they provided coffee grounds too. They don't provide beach/pool towels which seems like a must at a beach condo, and we wished they had provided pickleball paddles. I may be a tough critic since I'm a vrbo owner myself, but would have loved some of those smaller items there.

Three Little Birds was perfect for our mother-daughter getaway! It was clean, comfortable and there were lots of extra touches to make our stay even better. The parking and access to the building were so easy and it was close to many restaurants, shops and the beach. We will definitely book here again!

Walk across the street right to the beach, this place is perfect. neat view out the back balcony of a little spot that reminds you of Jimmy Buffet. Three Little Birds was absolutely charming and VERY well appointed. There were even a few games in the closet, a little gift for us with a PERSONAL note, a sweet little cart in the bathroom and a great wicker shelf that let us separate our items, a trunk full of beach things on the balcony...The pools were super nice too, very very clean and literally a 2-5 minute walk to spend time there. we LOVED this place and if I come back to Santa Rosa I will rebook with Three Little Birds 100%.one tiny note, and that is avoid the Amor Cafe on the corner. There might be a reason it is not listed as recommended in the guide book that Three Little Birds has in the apartment? But DEFINITELY get the "truffle fries" at Perfect Pig across the parking lot...about the best food item we've eaten in our entire lives.

My husband and I stayed here for a quick weekend getaway before the hustle and bustle of school starting and it was perfect! Location was wonderful and condo was nice and clean. Would definitely stay again

Overall, we had a great time & would stay again! Think of this unit like an efficiency: bathroom, bed, pull out couch, mini fridge, etc. But there were board games, extra linens, lots of towels. We did not know that the balcony was under construction prior to booking. We were only there one night so it wasn’t an issue. However, the fire alarm went off in the night and the building had to be evacuated. It would have been rather unfortunate if we did in fact need to utilize the balcony. The location is a very short walk to the beach and it’s a really neat area. Lots of shops, places to eat, etc. in the same “community” that the condo is in. There is no designated parking but we were able to get a trolly which helped immensely since we had to park a little distance from the unit. My only true complaint would be the access to the unit. There is a door that is not locked and is open at all times. You take the elevator to your floor and room. I understand that this is the only way for guests to access their unit. However, the fire alarm was suspected to be a prank since anyone could simply walk in, pull the alarm and then leave. I would not have even thought about this possibility had it not happened to us. After driving 10 hours, being asleep for 1 and then having to get 2 frightened kids out and wait in the parking lot for reentry, that experience was less than ideal. I understand it’s not the owners fault. Its just unfortunate that it was able to happen in the first place.
